‘Boulevard 6200’ (now branded as ‘Eastown’ and ‘El Centro’) is a large-scale multifamily mixed-use development that straddles iconic Hollywood Boulevard, one block east of Vine Street.
Hollywood Multifamily, Hollywood CA
This over 2 million-square-foot project integrates rental housing, affordable housing, public open space, live-work units, retail, and parking within a six-story podium building format with subterranean parking. The project is located within a short walking distance of the Red Line Metro station and in close proximity to Hollywood’s best entertainment, restaurants, bars, shopping, and fitness venues.
Residents also have the option to enjoy private, carefully designed common areas on the site, including fitness and business centers, swimming pools, and landscaped courtyards. Additionally, as the project is located within the Hollywood Supplemental Signage District, it incorporates carefully designed wall and billboard signage that further activates the pedestrian experience. The project was completed in 2014.
