TRANSIT ORIENTED MIXED-USE TOWER IN CULVER CITY

SiTED adjacent to the La CienegA AND Jefferson light rail station, bike paths accessing the citywide network, and with direct connections to major city parks, this project represents a new vision for HIGH RISE LIVING IN CULVER CITY. the program includes a 24 STORY residential TOWER WITH ROOFTOP AMENITIES, AND EXPANSIVE PARK-LIKE PODIUM deck OVER PARKING, OVER GROUND FLOOR RETAIL. THE STREET LEVEL IS designed to ACTIVATE CITY STREETS AND CREATE CONNECTIVITY TO THE MASS TRANSIT TRAIN RAIL LINES. THE BUILDING’S ARCHITECTURE IS MEANT TO COMPLEMENT THIS DISTRICT WHERE tHE ‘HABITAT’ MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT HAS RECENTLY BEEN COMPLETED.

EXPANSIVE PARK-LIKE AMENITY SPACES OCCUR AT BOTH ROOF LEVEL AND PODIUM LEVEL. THE BUILDING MASS IS STEPPED BACK IN HEIGHT IN REFERENCE TO THE TRANSIT LINES TO THE BUILDING’S SOUTH. ADDITIONALLY along the southern exposure, THE UPPER LEVEL BALCONIES OFFER EXPANSIVE VIEWS TO THE BALDWIN HILLS PARK. THE BUILDING incorporates ENVIRONMENTAL STRATEGIES, DESIGNED TO MEET LEED CERTIFICATION STANDARDS. The project incorporates low-carbon concrete, a 100% all-electric design, and landscaping designed to ensure climate resilience and minimize resource demand. On-site stormwater treatment will minimize runoff and reduce the property’s environmental impact. In addition, the property will include 45 dedicated EV parking spots and 235 secured bike parking spaces.
