Luc Peltier holds A Master’s degrees in both Architecture and Communication & Multimedia Technology from Universities of Paris La Villette and Paris 8 - Saint Denis, France where he is currently licensed. Luc moved to Los Angeles in 2000 and brings more than 20 years of experience with a specialization in corporate & commercial projects including high-rise, retail, multi-family residential, and planning. He has a passion for design which drove him to teach Architecture at Orange Coast College for a four-year period. Additionally, Luc has a track record of developing excellent design concepts and feasibility studies quickly. Recently he has been involved with Cal-Coast Development on a multi family residential mixed-use projects in downtown Los Angeles and several single family houses and commercial.
